Fill in the “Accommodation booking request” form on our website. We will reply with availability, price and payment information. For standard accommodation bookings, the booking is confirmed when the advance payment has been made in accordance with the terms below.

Hotel

Payment. For bookings of 1–2 rooms, the first night is paid in advance within 7 days. The remaining balance is paid on arrival.

Cancellation. For bookings of 1–2 rooms, the advance payment is refunded less an administrative fee of SEK 100 per booking if you cancel no later than 7 days before arrival. For later cancellations or if you end your stay early, amounts already paid are not refunded.

For bookings of three or more rooms, the terms under “Group accommodation bookings and venue bookings” apply.

Camping

Payment. The first night is paid in advance within 5 days. The booking confirmation states when the remaining balance is due.

Cancellation. Cancel no later than 2 days before arrival to receive a refund of the advance payment less an administrative fee of SEK 100 per booking. For later cancellations or if you end your stay early, amounts already paid are not refunded.

Tvärvillan & Sjövillan

Payment. For stays shorter than 7 days, the first night is paid in advance within 5 days. The remaining balance is paid on arrival.

Cancellation. For stays shorter than 7 days, the advance payment is refunded less an administrative fee of SEK 100 per booking if you cancel no later than 7 days before arrival. For later cancellations or if you end your stay early, amounts already paid are not refunded.

For stays of 7 days or longer, the same payment and cancellation levels apply as under “Group accommodation bookings and venue bookings”.

Group accommodation bookings and venue bookings

The terms below apply to group accommodation bookings, meaning three or more rooms in the same booking at the hotel, hostel or guesthouse, and to venue bookings. The same payment and cancellation levels also apply to stays of 7 days or longer in Tvärvillan and Sjövillan.

Booking. For group accommodation bookings and venue bookings, the booking becomes binding when we have received a signed booking confirmation and the advance payment has been made according to the payment instructions.

Payment. 25% of the total price is paid in advance according to the payment instructions. The remaining balance is paid no later than 2 weeks before the arrival date or the date of the venue booking.

Cancellation or reduction. If you cancel or reduce the booking, the following charges apply:

• 12 weeks or more before the arrival date or the date of the venue booking: SEK 500 per booking.
• Later than 12 weeks, but no later than 6 weeks before: 25% of the agreed price for the part that is cancelled or reduced.
• Later than 6 weeks, but no later than 2 weeks before: 50% of the agreed price for the part that is cancelled or reduced.
• Later than 2 weeks before: 100% of the agreed price for the part that is cancelled or reduced.

Amounts already paid are deducted from the cancellation charge. Any excess amount is refunded and any outstanding amount will be charged.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old or stay with an adult. Youth groups must have a responsible adult leader present during the stay.

How to cancel

Email reception@klubbensborg.se and state your name and arrival date, or the date of the venue booking. The cancellation date is the date on which we receive your email.
